UmproTech 3000W CW Laser Cleaner UT-LCM30CW — Legacy Configuration Review

Connect the production requirement to the right machine family, exact configuration, facility plan, delivery scope, ownership path, and technical resources.

Legacy 3000W continuous-wave laser-cleaning configuration

This page preserves the existing UmproTech UT-LCM30CW route while the current catalog and exact-build records are reconciled. It is not a current inventory, price, warranty, training, application-result or availability commitment.

Configuration stated on the legacy record

  • Laser source: Raycus RFL-C3000S-CE
  • Handheld cleaning head: SUP22C
  • Nominal power: 3000W
  • Operating mode: continuous-wave / modulated
  • Wavelength stated: 1080 ±5 nm
  • Power adjustment stated: 10%–100%
  • Modulation frequency stated: up to 20 kHz
  • Output interface: QBH (LOC)
  • Output fiber stated: 50 μm core, 20 m length
  • Control interfaces stated: RS-232 / analog / Ethernet
  • Electrical input stated: three-phase 380V
  • Cooling: water cooled

Important scope boundary

The legacy page combined source-level and cleaning-head specifications. Dimensions and weight listed there may describe a component rather than the complete cabinet, chiller, head, hose bundle and accessories. Final system dimensions, weight, power draw, breaker, disconnect, grounding, fiber length, optics, scan width, air requirements, extraction and safety package must be confirmed from the exact delivered build.

Application review required

A 3000W CW cleaner can introduce substantial heat. Rust, paint, oxide, oil, coating and weld-preparation work must be tested against the substrate, thickness, finish requirement, travel speed, scan width, extraction, fire controls and Class 4 laser-safety plan. It is not interchangeable with a pulsed precision-cleaning system.

The old route contained broad two-year warranty, lifetime service and free-training statements. Those statements are not carried forward as universal commitments. Only the written quotation, exact-build record and signed warranty or service document control.

For current cleaning configurations, review laser cleaning machines. For an existing UT-LCM30CW, request service with source, head, chiller and machine nameplates.
