For a machine quote

Include:

• Material, grade, typical and maximum thickness.
• Part dimensions, drawings and production volume.
• Available voltage, phase and amperage.
• Delivery ZIP code and unloading method.
• Installation, startup and training requirements.
• Budget range, financing interest and purchase timeline.

For service or repair

Include:

• Machine manufacturer, model, serial number and current ZIP code.
• Controller, source, cutting head, drive, motor or affected component.
• Exact alarm code or symptom and when it began.
• Recent collision, power event, parameter change, relocation or prior repair.
• Current safety state and production impact.
• Clear nameplate photos, screenshots and short videos.

If there is fire, smoke, uncontrolled motion, exposed laser radiation, electrical danger or another immediate hazard, stop operation when safe and follow the machine manual and site emergency procedure. Website support is not an emergency service.

For parts and consumables

Send the machine serial number, original component nameplate, part number, revision, voltage, connector and clear photos. Similar-looking parts can be electrically or digitally incompatible.

For financing

Send the business name, equipment package, estimated purchase amount, time in business, preferred term and purchase timeline. Financing is provided through independent third-party lenders and is subject to application, credit approval, eligibility and final lender documents.

Do not send Social Security numbers, bank credentials or sensitive credit documents through a general contact form.

For a visit or demonstration

Identify the exact machine you want to inspect, the requested date, material and thickness, sample drawing and whether you need a visual inspection, powered demonstration or test cut. Do not travel until the equipment and appointment are confirmed in writing.
