Machines, applications, and planning
Connect the production requirement to the right machine family, exact configuration, facility plan, delivery scope, ownership path, and technical resources.
Structural tube-laser applications can include square and rectangular tube, pipe, channel, angle, beam and formed profiles. The project must account for maximum section, corner-to-corner envelope, wall thickness, weight, stock length, straightness, twist, seam, loading, support and finished-part handling.
Confirm chuck type and capacity, jaws, pressure, support rollers, sag compensation, loading system, controller, tube nesting, seam orientation, bevel axes when required, extraction and floor length.
Large or thin-wall profiles can deform under clamping. Long stock can sag, twist or vibrate. Actual profile samples and weight should be used for application engineering.
Planning pathway
Define material, geometry, thickness or capacity, production volume, quality, workflow, and future work.
Compare configuration, controller, options, utilities, extraction, footprint, access, unloading, and placement.
Confirm price path, delivery, startup, training, warranty, service, parts, financing, rental, used, or trade-in options.
