Machine service and support

Remote Industrial Machine Diagnostics

Identify the machine, issue, location, production impact, parts need, installation requirement, training need, or warranty question.

Prepare a structured remote-diagnostic session

Remote diagnostics can reduce unnecessary travel and help identify the correct technician, parts, tools and next action. It does not replace a qualified on-site inspection when electrical, hydraulic, optical, structural, safety or uncertain mechanical conditions require physical testing.

Before the session

  • Provide the machine model, serial number, controller, component nameplates, alarm codes and current location.
  • Have the manuals, wiring diagrams, maintenance records and recent change history available.
  • Use a stable phone or video connection and provide a second person when safe observation and machine operation cannot be performed by one person.
  • Do not remove covers, enter a hazard zone, energize exposed circuits, bypass safety devices or perform measurements beyond the customer's qualified personnel and approved instructions.

Possible remote steps

The session may review alarms, controller screens, parameters, inputs and outputs, software, backups, visual condition, utility readings, coolant, lubrication, gas or air, test sequences, process settings and maintenance status. Written next steps may include safe customer checks, parts identification, additional documentation, a service quote or an on-site visit.

Request remote diagnostics.
