Commonly reviewed configurations span approximately 30–245 tons and 5′–13′ working lengths, with larger and application-specific builds available by order.

What determines the correct capacity

• Material type, tensile strength and thickness.
• Maximum bend length and whether it is bent at full length.
• Air bending, bottoming or another approved process.
• V-die opening, inside radius and minimum flange.
• Tooling load limits, daylight, stroke, throat and part geometry.
• Accuracy, repeatability, crowning and controller requirements.
