Machines, applications, and planning
Connect the production requirement to the right machine family, exact configuration, facility plan, delivery scope, ownership path, and technical resources.
Press-brake electrical requirements depend on hydraulic-pump motor size, servo or variable-speed package, controller, Y1/Y2 valves and scales, backgauge axes, crowning, guarding, oil cooling, transformer and optional equipment.
The build sheet should identify input voltage, phase, frequency, motor ratings, control voltage, full-load current, recommended breaker and disconnect, transformer requirement, cable entry and grounding. A generic tonnage or working-length value is not enough.
When the facility voltage differs from the machine input, use an industrial transformer sized from the verified connected load and startup behavior with appropriate margin. Confirm primary and secondary voltage, kVA, enclosure, taps, protection, grounding, neutral and location.
A licensed electrician must review the final machine documents, conductor size, overcurrent protection and local code before connection.
Planning pathway
Define material, geometry, thickness or capacity, production volume, quality, workflow, and future work.
Compare configuration, controller, options, utilities, extraction, footprint, access, unloading, and placement.
Confirm price path, delivery, startup, training, warranty, service, parts, financing, rental, used, or trade-in options.
