Machine service and support

Machine Relocation & Reinstallation

Identify the machine, issue, location, production impact, parts need, installation requirement, training need, or warranty question.

Plan decommissioning, transport and recommissioning as one project

Industrial machine relocation should preserve machine condition, geometry, software, documentation and responsibility from shutdown through acceptance at the new site.

Decommissioning

  • Record machine identity, configuration, parameters, programs, licenses, backups, utilities and operating condition.
  • Complete safe shutdown, lockout, coolant or fluid handling, moving-axis position, shipping restraints, cable and hose labeling and accessory inventory.
  • Define who disconnects electrical, gas, air, water, extraction, network, foundation and automation.

Rigging and transport

Confirm machine and crate dimensions, center of gravity, lifting points, forklift or crane capacity, door and aisle clearance, dock, permits, route, weather protection, blocking, insurance and damage documentation. Rigging and freight are performed by qualified providers unless explicitly included.

New-site readiness and recommissioning

Confirm floor, access, power, grounding, transformer, air, gas, cooling, extraction, network, safety zone and operator readiness before delivery. Reinstallation may include placement, leveling, reconnection review, startup, calibration, representative test work and a punch list.

Request relocation and reinstallation planning.
