Laser Chiller Maintenance & Alarms

Connect the production requirement to the right machine family, exact configuration, facility plan, delivery scope, ownership path, and technical resources.

Stable cooling protects source output and optical life

Laser chillers can have separate source and head circuits with different temperature and flow requirements. Follow the exact source, head and chiller documentation.

Routine checks

  • Coolant type, concentration, level, age, clarity and conductivity when specified.
  • Source and head inlet/outlet temperature, setpoint, flow, pressure and alarm history.
  • Filters, strainers, pumps, hoses, fittings, leaks, air bubbles and condensation.
  • Condenser, fans, ventilation, ambient temperature, dust and service clearance.
  • Electrical supply, phase, breaker, connector and communication cable.

Common alarms

High or low temperature, low flow, low level, pump fault, compressor fault, fan fault, sensor fault and communication alarm can have multiple causes. Record conditions before resetting. Repeated operation without stable cooling can damage the source or head.

Coolant rules

Do not mix incompatible coolants, use untreated water or automotive products, ignore freeze risk, or allow biological and mineral contamination. Flush and replace only by the approved procedure.

Request chiller service.
