Machine service and support

Industrial Machine Inspection

Identify the machine, issue, location, production impact, parts need, installation requirement, training need, or warranty question.

Inspect identity, condition, capability and ownership risk

A machine inspection can support pre-purchase review, trade-in, relocation, repair planning, accuracy assessment or maintenance planning. The scope must match the machine type and the decision being made.

Inspection categories

  • Model, serial number, year, ownership, configuration, controller, software, options and included equipment.
  • Visual condition, collision or crash evidence, leaks, corrosion, repairs, modifications, missing guards and maintenance state.
  • Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling, lubrication, motion, safety and control-system condition.
  • Axis reference, repeatability, geometry, backgauge, focus, height control, spindle, tooling or process checks as applicable.
  • Representative test cut, bend, weld, clean, saw or machined part when material, tooling, utilities and safe operation are available.
  • Dimensions, weight, utility requirements, loading access, removal risk, parts availability and supportability.

Limitations

An inspection is limited to the agreed tests and accessible conditions. It does not guarantee future uptime, hidden-component condition, software ownership, legal title, code compliance, every application, or performance outside the tested sample.
