UmproTech 2000W CW Laser Cleaner UT-LCM20CW — Legacy Configuration Review

Connect the production requirement to the right machine family, exact configuration, facility plan, delivery scope, ownership path, and technical resources.

Legacy 2000W continuous-wave laser-cleaning configuration

This page preserves the existing UmproTech UT-LCM20CW route while current product and exact-build records are reviewed. It is not proof of current stock, price, warranty, training, suitability or availability.

Configuration stated on the legacy record

  • Laser source: Raycus RFL-C2000S-CE
  • Handheld cleaning head: SUP22C
  • Nominal power: 2000W
  • Operating mode: continuous-wave / modulated
  • Wavelength stated: 1080 ±5 nm
  • Power adjustment stated: 10%–100%
  • Modulation frequency stated: up to 20 kHz
  • Output interface: QBH (LOC)
  • Output fiber stated: 50 μm core, 20 m length
  • Control interfaces stated: RS-232 / analog / Ethernet
  • Electrical input stated: 220V ±10%, single phase
  • Cooling: water cooled

Exact electrical verification is mandatory

A legacy statement of 220V single-phase does not establish the complete system current, breaker, disconnect, grounding, transformer, chiller or accessory load. An electrician and the exact build schedule must confirm the site requirement before delivery or startup.

Application and component boundaries

The old page mixed source and head specifications. Component dimensions and weight do not equal the full system footprint or shipping weight. Scan optics, fiber length, air pressure, extraction, cabinet, chiller, accessories and safety controls must be verified from the machine and nameplates.

CW cleaning can transfer significant heat to the part. Representative tests are required for rust, paint, oxide, coating, weld preparation and restoration work. This equipment is not a substitute for pulsed precision cleaning when low heat input or delicate substrates control the application.

The old route included universal warranty and free-training statements. They are not carried forward. The written quote, exact-build record and signed warranty or service document control current obligations.

For the current draft 2000W cleaning class, review the 2000W CW handheld laser cleaner. For an existing UT-LCM20CW, submit source, head, chiller and machine identification.
